We are a small business, and require time to safely get your special order to you. We require up to 2 weeks to prepare in-stock purchases, not including shipping time.
For custom orders, please expect between 8-12 weeks for the creation of the pieces. This does not include shipping time. We take great pride in our work and never rush the creative process in making a custom piece.
For in-stock purchases, an estimate for shipping cost will be provided at time of check-out.
Custom orders will depend on the size of the piece and location for which it will be sent too. Additional information will be provided during the process of ordering a custom piece.
If a piece is damaged (cracked or chipped) or broken when it arrives, please contact us at shipping@owiu-design.com within 24 hours with pictures of the box (6 sides exterior) + interior packaging and we can process an exchange. If damages or shortages occur, they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We do not pay for or refund returns, however, if a return is agreed upon between both parties, you agree to return the goods in their original condition and original packaging to our studio. If failure to do so and damage is incurred in transit, all costs will be directed to you and payment must be fulfilled within 48 hours from notification.

OWIU Goods operates out of a studio and warehouse, we currently do not have the capability to host guests. We hope in the future as the business grows to have a place for everyone to see the work in person.
We unfortunately cannot repair any cracks or chips. We do recommend you look at the process of Kintsugi. Kintsugi is the process of repairing ceramics with lacquer and gold, leaving a gold seam where the cracks were. It will bring new life to the piece.
All our products are proudly made and painted by hand. Our work takes on an artistic quality that is valuable in a time where much of what we use in our daily lives is machine-made without a story. When you place an order, you should understand that your pieces will be unique and may have what you may perceive as “imperfections.” We cannot and do not create “perfect” ceramics pieces.
Each and every piece is handmade using traditional wheel throwing and hand building techniques in our studio. All design and ideation is done in-house by the OWIU Goods team. Our potters and hand builders create pieces in small batches to ensure the highest quality and durable pottery. We take great pride in the uniqueness of every piece and embrace the handmade qualities that make each ceramic piece different from one another.
As stated in the terms and conditions, once payment has been processed, all sales are final.
We understand mistakes can occur during the checkout process that may require a change to an order. Please send an email to shipping@owiu-design.com with a subject line “change to order” within a 24 hour time frame in order for us to best assist you. Include your receipt and the changes you wish to make. We are not able to guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request.
