Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the pre-order of ceramic goods from OWIU Goods LLC.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pre-Order Process
Customers can pre-order items that are not yet available for immediate delivery.
The expected delivery date will be typically within 90 days.
Pre-order items are subject to availability and may be delayed or canceled.
Payment
$100 payment is required at the time of pre-order.
Payment can be made via accepted credit/debit cards or other electronic payment methods.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Pre-orders can be canceled within 14 days of order placement for a full refund.
If the product is not delivered within 90 days past the order date, customers are entitled to request a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Changes to Orders
Customers may request changes to their order within 7 days of placement.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location.
OWIU Goods LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Product Quality and Warranty
All ceramic goods are subject to OWIU Goods LLC’s quality standards.
Defective items may be returned within 3 days of receiving the item for a refund. The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse or wear and tear. The items will need to be shipped back to OWIU Goods LLC using the same box that was used to ship the product to customers.
Limitation of Liability
OWIU Goods LLC’s liability for any claim related to a pre-order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
